SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Dpf1 (double PHD fingers 1, also called BAF45B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Dpf1 qPCR Primer Set – double PHD fingers 1
Also known as: Neud4
About this gene: Dpf1 is predicted to enable sequence-specific double-stranded DNA binding activity and transcription coregulator activity. It is involved in nervous system development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29861; UniProt: Q9QX66; Chromosome location: 7 B1|7 16.94 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
