SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Dok2 (docking protein 2, also called FRIP) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Dok2 qPCR Primer Set – docking protein 2
Also known as: DokR, Frip, dok-R
About this gene: Dok2 enables transmembrane receptor protein tyrosine kinase adaptor activity. It acts upstream of or within Ras protein signal transduction and cell surface receptor protein tyrosine kinase signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 13449; UniProt: O70469; Chromosome location: 14 D2|14 36.71 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
