SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Dntt (deoxynucleotidyltransferase, terminal, also called TDT) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Dntt qPCR Primer Set – deoxynucleotidyltransferase, terminal
Also known as: Tdt
About this gene: Dntt enables DNA nucleotidylexotransferase activity. It acts upstream of or within DNA metabolic process. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 21673; UniProt: P09838; Chromosome location: 19 C3|19 34.32 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
