SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Dnm2 (dynamin 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Dnm2 qPCR Primer Set – dynamin 2
Also known as: Dyn2, Udnm, b2b2159Clo
About this gene: Dnm2 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including D2 dopamine receptor binding activity; enzyme binding activity; and protein domain specific binding activity. It is involved in synaptic vesicle endocytosis. It acts upstream of or within aorta development; coronary vasculature development; and ventricular septum development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 13430; UniProt: P39054; Chromosome location: 9 A3|9 7.79 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
