SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Dnajb9 (DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member B9, also called mDj7) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Dnajb9 qPCR Primer Set – DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member B9
Also known as: ERdj4, Mdg1, mDj7
About this gene: Dnajb9 enables Hsp70 protein binding activity. It is involved in B cell differentiation; ERAD pathway; and positive regulation of immunoglobulin production.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27362; UniProt: Q9QYI6; Chromosome location: 12 B2|12 20.71 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
