SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Dnajb2 (DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member B2, also called mDj8) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Dnajb2 qPCR Primer Set – DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member B2
Also known as: 2700059H22Rik, Dnajb10, Hsj1, mDj8
About this gene: Dnajb2 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including Hsp70 protein binding activity; enzyme binding activity; and proteasome binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including proteasomal protein catabolic process; protein refolding; and regulation of protein metabolic process. Predicted to be active in cytosol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56812; UniProt: Q9QYI5; Chromosome location: 1 C4|1 38.64 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
