SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Dnajb12 (DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member B12, also called mDj10) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Dnajb12 qPCR Primer Set – DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member B12
Also known as: Dj10, mDj10
About this gene: Dnajb12 is predicted to enable Hsp70 protein binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including ERAD pathway; cellular response to misfolded protein; and protein folding. Predicted to be active in endoplasmic reticulum membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56709; UniProt: Q9QYI4; Chromosome location: 10 B4|10 29.64 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
