SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Abca3 (ATP-binding cassette, sub-family A member 3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Abca3 qPCR Primer Set – ATP-binding cassette, sub-family A member 3
Also known as: 1810036E22Rik, ABC-C, Abc3
About this gene: Abca3 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including ATP hydrolysis activity; phosphatidylcholine flippase activity; and phosphatidylcholine transfer activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including glycerophospholipid metabolic process; phospholipid homeostasis; and surfactant homeostasis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27410; UniProt: Q8R420; Chromosome location: 17 A3.3|17 12.38 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
