SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Dhdds (dehydrodolichyl diphosphate synthase, also called CIT) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Dhdds qPCR Primer Set – dehydrodolichyl diphosphate synthase
Also known as: 3222401G21Rik, CIT, DS, HDS, cis-IPTase
About this gene: Dhdds is predicted to enable transferase activity, transferring alkyl or aryl groups. Predicted to contribute to ditrans,polycis-polyprenyl diphosphate synthase [-farnesyl diphosphate specific] activity. It is predicted to be involved in dolichyl diphosphate biosynthetic process; dolichyl monophosphate biosynthetic process; and polyprenol biosynthetic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 67422; UniProt: Q99KU1; Chromosome location: 4 D2.3|4 66.47 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
