SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Dgcr8 (DGCR8, microprocessor complex subunit, also called Gy1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Dgcr8 qPCR Primer Set – DGCR8, microprocessor complex subunit
Also known as: D16H22S1742E, D16H22S788E, D16Wis2, Gy1, N41, Vo59c07, mir-1306
About this gene: Dgcr8 enables primary miRNA binding activity. It acts upstream of or within regulation of stem cell proliferation. Is active in glutamatergic synapse and postsynaptic density.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 94223; UniProt: Q9EQM6; Chromosome location: 16 A3|16 11.31 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
