SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Deptor (DEP domain containing MTOR-interacting protein) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Deptor qPCR Primer Set – DEP domain containing MTOR-interacting protein
Also known as: Depdc6
About this gene: Deptor is predicted to enable GTPase regulator activity; phosphatidic acid binding activity; and protein serine/threonine kinase inhibitor activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of TOR signaling; negative regulation of cell size; and negative regulation of protein kinase activity. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including TORC1 signaling; autophagosome assembly; and negative regulation of autophagy.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 97998; UniProt: Q570Y9; Chromosome location: 15 D1|15 21.96 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
