SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Abca2 (ATP-binding cassette, sub-family A member 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Abca2 qPCR Primer Set – ATP-binding cassette, sub-family A member 2
Also known as: Abc2, D2H0S1474E, mKIAA1062
About this gene: Abca2 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including ATP binding activity; ceramide floppase activity; and endopeptidase regulator activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including regulation of intracellular cholesterol transport; regulation of protein localization to cell surface; and sphingolipid metabolic process. It acts upstream of or within central nervous system myelin formation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11305; Chromosome location: 2 A3|2 17.25 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
