SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Ddr1 (discoidin domain receptor family, member 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Ddr1 qPCR Primer Set – discoidin domain receptor family, member 1
Also known as: 6030432F18, CD167a, Cak, Nep, PTK3A
About this gene: Ddr1 enables collagen binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including regulation of extracellular matrix disassembly; smooth muscle cell-matrix adhesion; and wound healing, spreading of cells. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including mammary gland development; neuron projection development; and peptidyl-tyrosine autophosphorylation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 12305; UniProt: Q03146; Chromosome location: 17 B1|17 18.7 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
