SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Dcun1d5 (defective in cullin neddylation 1 domain containing 5, also called DCNL5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Dcun1d5 qPCR Primer Set – defective in cullin neddylation 1 domain containing 5
Also known as: 3110001A18Rik, 4833420K19Rik, D430047L21Rik, DCNL5
About this gene: Dcun1d5 is predicted to enable cullin family protein binding activity; ubiquitin conjugating enzyme binding activity; and ubiquitin-like protein binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including positive regulation of protein neddylation; protein neddylation; and regulation of cell growth.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 76863; UniProt: Q9CXV9; Chromosome location: 9 A1|9 2.46 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
