SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Adora1 (adenosine A1 receptor) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Adora1 qPCR Primer Set – adenosine A1 receptor
Also known as: A1-AR, A1AR, A1R, AA1R, ARA1, Ri
About this gene: Adora1 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including G protein-coupled adenosine receptor activity; G-protein beta/gamma-subunit complex binding activity; and heterotrimeric G-protein binding activity. It is involved in regulation of sensory perception of pain. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including excitatory postsynaptic potential; negative regulation of long-term synaptic depression; and negative regulation of mucus secretion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11539; UniProt: Q60612; Chromosome location: 1 E4|1 58.15 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
