SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Dclre1c (DNA cross-link repair 1C, also called mArt) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Dclre1c qPCR Primer Set – DNA cross-link repair 1C
Also known as: 9930121L06Rik, Art, Snm1l
About this gene: Dclre1c belongs to the SNM1 family of nucleases and is involved in VJ recombination and DNA repair. The Dclre1c protein has single-strand-specific 5'-3' exonuclease activity; it also exhibits endonuclease activity on 5' and 3' overhangs and hairpins. The protein also functions in the regulation of the cell cycle in response to DNA damage.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 227525; UniProt: Q8K4J0; Chromosome location: 2 A1|2 1.93 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
