SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Adnp (activity-dependent neuroprotective protein) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Adnp qPCR Primer Set – activity-dependent neuroprotective protein
Also known as: mKIAA0784
About this gene: Adnp belongs to a protein family characterized by nine zinc finger motifs followed by a homeobox domain. In vitro studies demonstrate that the Adnp protein interacts with the brahma-related gene1-associated or hBRM factors gene expression regulating complex, components of the protein translation machinery, and microtubule-associated proteins. Adnp has been implicated in neuroprotection through various processes that include chromatin remodeling, splicing, cytoskeletal reorganization, and autophagy.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11538; UniProt: Q9Z103; Chromosome location: 2 H3|2 88.41 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
