SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Dapp1 (dual adaptor for phosphotyrosine and 3-phosphoinositides 1, also called mDAPP1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Dapp1 qPCR Primer Set – dual adaptor for phosphotyrosine and 3-phosphoinositides 1
Also known as: Bam32
About this gene: Dapp1 is predicted to enable phosphatidylinositol-3,4,5-trisphosphate binding activity and phosphatidylinositol-3,4-bisphosphate binding activity. Predicted to be active in plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 26377; UniProt: Q9QXT1; Chromosome location: 3 G3|3 63.98 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
