SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Adk (adenosine kinase, also called AK) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Adk qPCR Primer Set – adenosine kinase
Also known as: 2310026J05Rik, 5033405D03Rik, Ak
About this gene: Adk enables adenosine kinase activity and deoxyadenosine kinase activity. It is involved in AMP salvage; GMP salvage; and toxic metabolite repair. It acts upstream of or within dATP biosynthetic process and purine ribonucleoside salvage.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11534; UniProt: P55264; Chromosome location: 14 A3|14 11.58 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
