SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Dact1 (dishevelled-binding antagonist of beta-catenin 1, also called MDpr1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Dact1 qPCR Primer Set – dishevelled-binding antagonist of beta-catenin 1
Also known as: 4921528D17Rik, DAPPER, DAPPER1, FRODO, Frd1, Frodo1, MDpr1, MTNG3, THYEX3
About this gene: Dact1 enables delta-catenin binding activity; protein kinase A binding activity; and protein kinase C binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including embryonic hindgut morphogenesis; negative regulation of JNK cascade; and regulation of Wnt signaling pathway. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including dendrite morphogenesis; negative regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway; and positive regulation of fat cell differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 59036; UniProt: Q8R4A3; Chromosome location: 12 C3|12 29.39 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
