SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Cyba (cytochrome b-245, alpha polypeptide, also called p22phox) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Cyba qPCR Primer Set – cytochrome b-245, alpha polypeptide
Also known as: b558, nmf333, p22-phox, p22phox
About this gene: Cyba is predicted to enable SH3 domain binding activity; electron transfer activity; and protein heterodimerization activity. Predicted to contribute to superoxide-generating NADH oxidase activity. It is involved in innate immune response.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 13057; UniProt: Q61462; Chromosome location: 8 E1|8 71.04 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
