About this gene: Cxcl5 encodes a protein that belongs to the CXC subfamily of chemokines. Chemokines, which recruit and activate leukocytes, are classified by function or by structure. The Cxcl5 protein is proposed to bind the G-protein coupled receptor chemokine receptor 2 to recruit neutrophils and to have homeostatic and inflammatory functions.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
