SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Ctsg (cathepsin G, also called VSP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Ctsg qPCR Primer Set – cathepsin G
Also known as: CatG, VSP
About this gene: Ctsg belongs to the peptidase S1 family of serine endopeptidases. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate a mature protein product. This product appears to play a role in host defense, including inflammation and antigen processing.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 13035; UniProt: P28293; Chromosome location: 14 C3|14 28.19 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
