SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Ccn2 (cellular communication network factor 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Ccn2 qPCR Primer Set – cellular communication network factor 2
Also known as: Ctgf, Fisp12, Hcs24, fisp-12
About this gene: Ccn2 enables heparin binding activity and integrin binding activity. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including cartilage condensation; cell surface receptor signaling pathway; and chondrocyte proliferation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 14219; UniProt: P29268; Chromosome location: 10 A4|10 11.84 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
