SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Ctdsp1 (CTD small phosphatase 1, also called GIP) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Ctdsp1 qPCR Primer Set – CTD small phosphatase 1
Also known as: GIP, NLIIF, Nif3, SCP1
About this gene: Ctdsp1 is predicted to enable RNA polymerase II CTD heptapeptide repeat phosphatase activity. It acts upstream of or within negative regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle; negative regulation of cell differentiation; and negative regulation of protein phosphorylation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 227292; UniProt: P58466; Chromosome location: 1 C3|1 38.54 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
