SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Cstf2 (cleavage stimulation factor, 3' pre-RNA subunit 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Cstf2 qPCR Primer Set – cleavage stimulation factor, 3' pre-RNA subunit 2
Also known as: C630034J23Rik, Cstf64, mir-3112
About this gene: Cstf2 is predicted to enable mRNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in mRNA 3'-end processing and regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 108062; UniProt: Q8BIQ5; Chromosome location: X E3|X 55.63 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
