SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Cryba4 (crystallin, beta A4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Cryba4 qPCR Primer Set – crystallin, beta A4
About this gene: Cryba4 belongs to the crystallin family of proteins that contribute to the transparency and refractive properties of the ocular lens. Cryba4 is located adjacent to a related crystallin gene on chromosome 5.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 12959; UniProt: Q9JJV0; Chromosome location: 5 F|5 54.62 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
