SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Crp (C-reactive protein, pentraxin-related) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Crp qPCR Primer Set – C-reactive protein, pentraxin-related
About this gene: Crp is predicted to enable multiple functions, including cholesterol binding activity; complement component C1q complex binding activity; and low-density lipoprotein particle binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including complement activation, classical pathway; regulation of gene expression; and regulation of superoxide anion generation. Predicted to be active in extracellular region.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 12944; UniProt: P14847; Chromosome location: 1 H3|1 80.13 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
