About this gene: Crmp1 encodes a protein that is part of the collapsin response mediator protein family. The family is comprised of five, homologous cytosolic phosphoproteins that are expressed in developing and adult nervous tissue and mediate signaling to transduce responses to extracellular cues. The Crmp1 protein is a Semaphorin 3A signaling molecule that regulates collapse of the growth cone.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
