SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Cript (cysteine-rich PDZ-binding protein) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Cript qPCR Primer Set – cysteine-rich PDZ-binding protein
Also known as: 1200020A08Rik
About this gene: Cript is predicted to enable PDZ domain binding activity; microtubule binding activity; and scaffold protein binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in cytoplasmic microtubule organization; protein localization to microtubule; and regulation of postsynaptic density organization. Predicted to be active in dendrite; glutamatergic synapse; and postsynaptic density, intracellular component.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56724; UniProt: O70333; Chromosome location: 17 E4|17 56.9 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
