SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Crip1 (cysteine-rich protein 1, also called CRIP) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Crip1 qPCR Primer Set – cysteine-rich protein 1
Also known as: CRHP, CRP1, Crip
About this gene: Crip1 is predicted to enable peptide binding activity and zinc ion binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to UV-B; intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to DNA damage; and response to zinc ion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 12925; UniProt: P63254; Chromosome location: 12 F1|12 61.59 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
