SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Crbn (cereblon) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Crbn qPCR Primer Set – cereblon
Also known as: 2610203G15Rik, 2900045O07Rik, piL
About this gene: Crbn encodes a protein with a Lon protease domain, a "regulators of G protein-signaling"-like domain and a leucine zipper. The Crbn gene product has been proposed to regulate the assembly and surface expression of large-conductance calcium-activated potassium channels in brain and to bind thalidomide. In humans mutation in Crbn causes autosomal recessive nonsyndromic cognitive disability.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 58799; UniProt: Q8C7D2; Chromosome location: 6 E1|6 49.24 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
