About this gene: Adam8 belongs to the Adam family of proteins that contain the disintegrin and metalloprotease domains. The Adam8 protein is localized to the cell surface, where it is involved in the remodeling of extracellular matrix and cell migration. Mice lacking the Adam8 protein display persistent inflammation upon treatment with allergens.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
