SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Adam33 (a disintegrin and metallopeptidase domain 33) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Adam33 qPCR Primer Set – a disintegrin and metallopeptidase domain 33
Also known as: Adaml
About this gene: Adam33 belongs to a disintegrin and metalloprotease family of endoproteases that play important roles in various biological processes including cell signaling, adhesion and migration. Adam33 is widely expressed, most highly in the adult brain, heart, kidney, lung and testis. The encoded preproprotein undergoes proteolytic processing to generate a mature, functional metalloprotease enzyme.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 110751; UniProt: Q923W9; Chromosome location: 2 F1|2 63.26 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
