SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Adam29 (a disintegrin and metallopeptidase domain 29) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Adam29 qPCR Primer Set – a disintegrin and metallopeptidase domain 29
About this gene: Adam29 belongs to a disintegrin and metalloprotease family of endoproteases that play important roles in various biological processes including cell signaling, adhesion and migration. The encoded preproprotein undergoes proteolytic processing to generate a mature, functional protein.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 244486; Chromosome location: 8 B2|8 29.68 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
