SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Adam28 (a disintegrin and metallopeptidase domain 28, also called TECADAM) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Adam28 qPCR Primer Set – a disintegrin and metallopeptidase domain 28
Also known as: C130072N01Rik, D430033C21Rik, Dtgn1, MDC-L, MDCL, TECADAM, eMDCII
About this gene: Adam28 belongs to the ADAM family. Members of this family are typically membrane-anchored, although a form of this protein may be secreted. The Adam28 protein may bind to integrins and regulate lymphocyte migration by enhancing cell adhesion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 13522; UniProt: Q9JLN6; Chromosome location: 14 D1|14 35.69 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
