SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Cngb1 (cyclic nucleotide gated channel beta 1, also called CNG4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Cngb1 qPCR Primer Set – cyclic nucleotide gated channel beta 1
Also known as: CNG-4, CNG4, Cngb1b, Garp2, Gm1959
About this gene: Cngb1 enables cyclic nucleotide-activated monoatomic ion channel activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including detection of chemical stimulus involved in sensory perception of smell; response to odorant; and visual perception. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including photoreceptor cell maintenance; photoreceptor cell outer segment organization; and sensory perception of smell.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 333329; UniProt: E1AZ71; Chromosome location: 8 C5|8 47.12 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
