SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Cma1 (chymase 1, mast cell, also called Alpha-chymase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Cma1 qPCR Primer Set – chymase 1, mast cell
Also known as: MMCP-5, Mcp-5, Mcp5, Mcpt5
About this gene: Cma1 encodes a serine protease that belongs to the peptidase family S1. The encoded preproprotein undergoes proteolytic processing to generate a functional enzyme with elastase-like activity. Mice lacking the Cma1 protein exhibit significant attenuation of ischemia-reperfusion injury of the skeletal muscle.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 17228; UniProt: P21844; Chromosome location: 14 C3|14 28.19 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
