About this gene: Adam19 encodes a cell surface glycoprotein and member of the ADAM family of endopeptidases. The Adam19 protein may play a role in the ectodomain shedding of neuregulin proteins. Homozygous knockout mice for Adam19 exhibit heart development defects and perinatal lethality.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
