SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Clcnkb (chloride channel, voltage-sensitive Kb, also called ClC-K2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Clcnkb qPCR Primer Set – chloride channel, voltage-sensitive Kb
Also known as: CLCKB, Clc-Ka, Clck2, Clcnk1l, Clcnk2
About this gene: Clcnkb belongs to the CLC family of voltage-gated chloride channels. The gene is located adjacent to a highly similar chloride channel gene on chromosome 4. Clcnkb is syntenic with human CLCNKA.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56365; UniProt: Q9WUB6; Chromosome location: 4 D3|4 74.02 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
