SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Clcn1 (chloride channel, voltage-sensitive 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Clcn1 qPCR Primer Set – chloride channel, voltage-sensitive 1
Also known as: Clc-1, Clc1, SMCC1, adr, mto, myotonia, nmf355
About this gene: Clcn1 is predicted to enable protein homodimerization activity and voltage-gated chloride channel activity. It acts upstream of or within chloride transport and neuronal action potential propagation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 12723; UniProt: Q64347; Chromosome location: 6 B2.1|6 20.57 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
