SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Adam11 (a disintegrin and metallopeptidase domain 11, also called MDC) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Adam11 qPCR Primer Set – a disintegrin and metallopeptidase domain 11
Also known as: Mdc
About this gene: Adam11 belongs to a disintegrin and metalloprotease family of endoproteases that play important roles in various biological processes including cell signaling, adhesion and migration. The encoded preproprotein undergoes proteolytic processing to generate a mature, functional protein. The Adam11 protein is believed to lack metalloproteinase activity due to the lack of a critical catalytic motif.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11488; UniProt: Q9R1V4; Chromosome location: 11 E1|11 66.48 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
