About this gene: Chsy1 enables N-acetylgalactosaminyl-proteoglycan 3-beta-glucuronosyltransferase activity and glucuronosyl-N-acetylgalactosaminyl-proteoglycan 4-beta-N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase activity. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan biosynthetic process; positive regulation of smoothened signaling pathway; and skeletal system development. What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
