SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Chst12 (carbohydrate sulfotransferase 12, also called C4ST2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Chst12 qPCR Primer Set – carbohydrate sulfotransferase 12
Also known as: C4S-2, C4ST2
About this gene: Chst12 is predicted to enable chondroitin 4-sulfotransferase activity. It is predicted to be involved in chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan biosynthetic process and dermatan sulfate proteoglycan biosynthetic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 59031; UniProt: Q99LL3; Chromosome location: 5 G2|5 79.04 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
