SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Chst1 (carbohydrate sulfotransferase 1, also called KSST) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Chst1 qPCR Primer Set – carbohydrate sulfotransferase 1
Also known as: 2610008E20Rik, C6ST, GST-1, Gst1, KS6ST, KSGAL6ST, KSST
About this gene: Chst1 is predicted to enable N-acetylglucosamine 6-O-sulfotransferase activity and keratan sulfotransferase activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including N-acetylglucosamine metabolic process; galactose metabolic process; and keratan sulfate proteoglycan biosynthetic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 76969; UniProt: Q9EQC0; Chromosome location: 2 E1|2 51.17 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
