SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Acvrl1 (activin A receptor, type II-like 1, also called SKR3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Acvrl1 qPCR Primer Set – activin A receptor, type II-like 1
Also known as: Acvrlk1, Alk1
About this gene: Acvrl1 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including ATP binding activity; activin binding activity; and transmembrane receptor protein serine/threonine kinase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including circulatory system development; regulation of endothelial cell differentiation; and regulation of endothelial cell proliferation. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including angiogenesis; positive regulation of angiogenesis; and transforming growth factor beta receptor superfamily signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11482; UniProt: Q61288; Chromosome location: 15 F1|15 56.41 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
