SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Chmp2b (charged multivesicular body protein 2B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Chmp2b qPCR Primer Set – charged multivesicular body protein 2B
Also known as: 1190006E07Rik
About this gene: Chmp2b is predicted to enable protein domain specific binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including regulation of cell cycle process; regulation of synapse organization; and vacuolar transport. Predicted to be active in glutamatergic synapse; multivesicular body; and postsynaptic density.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 68942; UniProt: Q8BJF9; Chromosome location: 16 C1.3|16 37.26 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
