About this gene: Cep63 encodes a subunit of the centrosome, the main microtubule-organizing center of the cell. The Cep63 protein associates with another centrosomal protein, CEP152, to regulate mother-centriole-dependent centriole duplication in dividing cells. Disruption of a similar gene in human has been linked to primary microcephaly.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
