SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Cenpt (centromere protein T, also called CENP-T) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Cenpt qPCR Primer Set – centromere protein T
Also known as: G630055P03Rik
About this gene: Cenpt is predicted to enable DNA binding activity and protein heterodimerization activity. It is predicted to be involved in chromosome segregation; kinetochore assembly; and mitotic cell cycle.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 320394; UniProt: Q3TJM4; Chromosome location: 8 D3|8 53.05 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
