SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Cpap (centrosome assembly and centriole elongation protein, also called CENP-J) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Cpap qPCR Primer Set – centrosome assembly and centriole elongation protein
Also known as: 4932437H03Rik, Cenpj, Gm81, LAP, LIP1, Sas4
About this gene: Cpap is predicted to enable multiple functions, including gamma-tubulin binding activity; identical protein binding activity; and transcription coactivator activity. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including centriole replication; cilium assembly; and positive regulation of non-motile cilium assembly.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 219103; UniProt: Q569L8; Chromosome location: 14 C3|14 28.28 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
